So honored to have played a small part in making this happen for our community. A heartfelt thank you to @SacNAHC Board Chair Mary Tarango and the entire SNAHC board for their vision and heartwork to get to this moment! 🧵-2
When dreams become a reality ❤️! This amazing warrior & sister right here - Britta Guerrero with the help of her village made it happen! #SouthSac now has a community health center in our City - just steps away from Luther Burbank High 🧵-1
It’s so exciting to be cutting the ribbon on the new Sacramento Native American Health Center on Florin Road this morning! Directly adjacent to Luther Burbank High School and the Highlands Success Job Center, this facility is a perfect addition to this community. The SNAHC location in Midtown has been invaluable to providing state of the art health services to D4 residents and everyone else who needs them, and this new location will undoubtedly be a game changing addition, not just for South Sac, but for everyone in Sacramento.

Great work @TwinRiversUSD@SacNAHC@ourhoodwellness & @SutterHealth for opening the new Pacers Take Space School-Based Health Center at Grant Union High in Sacramento! What an amazing space for students to get connected to care so they can thrive! https://t.co/YONXxwLnjU
