The issue is not women pilots, but rather when you specifically leave out better qualified candidates only because you want to hire more of any gender, race or identity. This results in worse pilots for no logical reason at all.

I also have delightful quiet experiences most weekends, but they might come in smaller moments with my wife and I. I would say it actually makes those quiet moments better and more rewarding.

@NGDPAB @sasquatch_god My youngest is closing in on 1 year and for the last 6 months or so that's been one of his favorite things to do. Anywhere, anytime, soon as he goes up there he bangs like drums on my head and starts laughing so hard. Then I dip him left or right, turn and laugh, he loves it!
