A packed diary yesterday: I met with Martin & residents at @YMCAStPauls, Mick & Michele at @AFCWimbledon, members of the #Wimbledon Hong Kongers group, and dozens of biz owners and @LoveWimbledon CEO at the Wimbledon Village Business Association’s summer event. Plus campaigning!

So far, we’ve welcomed the Prime Minister @RishiSunak, Education Secretary @GillianKeegan, and Transport Secretary @Mark_J_Harper, and today it was the turn of the Security Minister @TomTugendhat to visit #Wimbledon & the Maldens. Thank you for coming!

Tonight I organised a meeting with the CEO & Wimbledon Royal Mail team so they could hear residents' concerns about the poor service. It was a frank & useful discussion. Royal Mail have committed to finding a long term plan to ensure better service. I'll share this when published

This week I have had a high number of complaints about Clarion Housing. This video is just one example unacceptable living conditions, not helped by repair teams consistently failing to show up.

I continue to demand better and will continue to press Clarion for action.
