My family and I stayed this weekend for college Family Weekend, and the conditions were shocking:

t there was no one to contact for help. He repeatedly apologized and asked for understanding — but expecting guests to stay in an unclean, unsafe, and nonfunctional hotel is unreasonable.

This property should not have been open to guests in this condition.

•Dirty rooms, no towels or washcloths
•No coffee pot, TV didn’t work
•Door and lock didn’t function properly
•No housekeeping staff on site at all
