@cdoug 2/2 If reduced Nic was the solution, cutting Nic in half would 'logically' cut mortality in half - a foolish and false reality. The FDA goal needs to SWITCH to 'Reduced-Smoke' solutions -ie: Vaping- & analyze the mortality rate of Nic vaping [from 0 down to ???] vs. cigarettes.
