@picoito It's all about perspective.
If 7 people in June felt to pay for it, there are probably 10 million other people in the world that have the same problem. They don't know you exist yet. Keep going.
Fuck.
I did my 6-month blood test, and my LDL reached an all-time high (184 mg/dL 🔴‼️).
I’ve been trying to lower it for over a year, but with all the traveling, my diet keeps changing. I don’t eat fatty meat or other high-saturated-fat foods, but I do drink about 1 liter of whole milk every day.
I love my morning lattes, but I also don’t love increasing my long-term cardiovascular risk.
So I’m going all in: <10g of saturated fat per day.
No more whole milk.
No more @bryan_johnson protein bars (3g saturated fat for only 9g protein).
More fibers and 5g of psyllium husk a day.
I’ll retest in 8 weeks.
The good news: every other biomarker looked great, and my testosterone improved.
Why do we make perfect plans for our year, month, and week, only to forget them after a day or two?
I realized the problem while trying to start my newsletter. I knew I needed to write for one hour every day, but the consistency wasn't there.
The problem was that writing had no immediate reward.
everyone says "show up every day."
nobody says how to do that when you're running a day job, two side projects, and a life that doesn't pause for your content calendar.
Holy shit.
I just saw someone in a coffee shop writing hand written code.
No AI agents. He was typing into the editor directly.
I almost wanted to go up to him and ask him why.
