@santanderukhelp I have reviewed this list and it appears my 70+ yo father in law is not eligible for the switch offer. He only has a mobile phone contract on that list. His insurers are not, nor are his sporting subscriptions. All his domestic bills are covered by us as he lives with us.

@TfL Hi, the welcome email arrived this morning shortly after my tweet. Vehicle added and my first Ulez charge paid. Process isnβt as slick as the TfL Go app which I use a lot when travelling in London. Also adding Apple Pay would make it much easier to pay. All sorted now, thanks.

Not sure I would trust any of the https://t.co/joY8P7kLGR accounts on here. Have been contacted by Fraudsters pretending to be them. Eventually rumbled. Refund (actually a payment to them) blocked, card blocked and reported to my bank. Probably will never book with BC again now.

Itβs about time councils stop blocking house building applications, that landlords cannot uplift rents beyond CPI, homebuilders are held to account, and veterans are better helped after their service. Sod the drop in equity; build a million homes a year and create jobs!
Tottenham Court Road, Tues 15 Oct 2024. Tents galore. I grew up in London. There was always a someone homeless, but the situation had steadily got worse. But last night I must have seen 30+ tents between TCR and Warren St tube stations.
Current & previous @Conservatives & @labour govts have overseen this. Councils are misguided & ineffective. Housebuilders are only profit driven. What are you @mtpennycook doing to resolve this? @Shelter@crisis_uk etc can only do so much. Or are we now turning a blind eye?
@Screwfix as a regular customer at a no. of your branches - first in Herts, then Worcs & now in Devon - I now have to visit the new store in Paris St, Exeter! Also went to the Dereham Norfolk store this year too. So wondering is there a challenge to visit all stores?! #SFGoldCard
@EE Thank you EE for that info. Broadband download is 60+ Mbps and router close to TV. As long as my retired mum can get those two channels back - which she used to watch on Freeview prior to moving - she will be happy to add on the basic TV package.
Question re @FreeviewTV channels. My mum has aerial freeview & since home move cannot get ch13 Quest or ch21 5USA. Retune didnβt resolve. If she were to get @EE TV (is a EE b/band customer) would this resolve this specific issue? Aerial cannot be changed. Thank you.
