डीजी शिपिंग के सर्कुलर 31/2025 के खिलाफ देशभर से हजारो भारतीय सिफेरर दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर पहुंच रहे हैँ.
FOC-COC यूनियन, अखिल भारतीय सेलर फेडरेशन, @FSUIINDIA @sui_union @AllSeafarers
सहित कई नाविक संगठनों ने इस विरोध प्रदर्शन को खुला समर्थन दिया है। सिफेररों का आरोप है कि वैध रूप से ट्रेनिंग लेकर विदेशी जहाजों पर काम कर रहे हजारों भारतीय नाविकों की नौकरी पर तलवार लटक गई है।

Ma'am please help seafarers. Circular no 31 of 25 @dgshipping_IN giving other countries seafarers advantage by doing this. Indian youth will be jobless.
Seafarer families have to face worse conditions.
If you can't regulate it please don't ban it. @sui_union

I humbly request:

1. Revoke or amend the circular.
2. Provide a structured upgrade route for FOC CoC holders.
3. Target fraudulent agents and institutes, not genuine seafarers.

This circular could leave lakhs of
