There is so much chatter on print and social media on what India should do in #Afghanistan. The answer is nothing. Indian flawed strategy was bested the day US entered in talks with Taliban. Now sending weapons to Afghanistan is just compounding on that bad strategy.

@carin__fischer What Haqqani fails to understand is if India gets involved in man for man competition with China in the North, it comes at the cost of thinning out resources from western border. That is a win-win for Pakistan. Two front war sounds romantics but will drain them on ground

@carin__fischer I think he is still being a little modest here. It does not seem to be sinking, it has sunk already. The remnants of Indian covert presence in Afghanistan will be out in a matter of weeks if not days. This is a strategic defeat for those who understand it
