@_Wise_hq_ We've had transaction number 14903900 showing as 'sending' for nearly three months. Support yesterday said this had actually completed and been received, but it seems they may have been confused with a similar transaction and it 'should sort itself'. It hasn't in 3 months
@Wise your support team needs a head wobble. Over an hour on chat about a transaction that has sat as 'sending' for nearly 3 months and is screwing our end of year accounts just to be told "Could be technical issue or bug I guess" and no way to solve it.

Hey @LeShuttle your booking website has an issue. Adding passenger details the site randomly subtracts a day from either the passenger birthdate or passport expiry. Had to keep entering +1 day on some fields to get it to show correctly.
Hey @EE it’s now been around 5 months since I haven’t been able to access my business account online via ANY means. Another call today to be told ‘we’re aware and working on it’. What? How on earth can you have a glitch stopping access going on for this long?!?
@YaleHomeUK Any update on the SmartThings integration that this update broke? The integrations page shows it’s compatible on a global basis, but there is no way to connect it anymore???

@cineworld heater broke down for the IMAX showing of Avatar in Ashford, these things happen but your staff could have told people BEFORE they were heading through popcorn and drinks in hand. No signs, no telling anyone at the counter, just poor handling on top of disappointment

@OctopusEnergy Thanks. I’m on 3.25.1 and Ohme wasn’t there on the iOS app. Can this be confirmed? I’ll likely need to go through this again to switch it to the Ohme charger so want to avoid being put back on a higher tariff by just changing the setup!
@OctopusEnergy when is your app going to have Ohme chargers as a selectable option for Intelligent Octopus? You support them now but they’re not available to choose even on the latest update
@OctopusEnergy@edfenergy I was told when making the decision to switch that the setup I have is compatible. Tesla car, Ohme charger and an iPhone. But now told that’s not the case. Also told I have to do it online but others I’ve spoken to have only managed to switch by calling. Yep, confused!!!

@OctopusEnergy@edfenergy Hey @OctopusEnergy so I made the switch and now wish I hadn't. Was told I could go on to Intelligent Octopus as I had an Ohme charger and a Tesla, now being told Ohme isn't supported AND your prices have gone up on the tariff that I can't now even join. WTH?
