300 years ago today, two great men born in the USA — Christopher Columbus and President Ben Franklin—joined hands with the Pilgrims and the Native Americans to celebrate our First Thanksgiving. Freedom was invented that day
Such a moving image
This strange tweet got >25k retweets. The author sounds confident, and he uses lots of hex and jargon. There are red flags though... like what's up with the DEI stuff, and who says "stack trace dump"? Let's take a closer look... 🧵1/n
@Gsb_Esq You probably are just seeing 10% of what it can do - all the enterprise stuff you can do on top of it makes me think it needs to be put down before it's out of control lol
@HousefromDC@SharpFootball@ringer @FDSportsbook Seahawks playing at home but terrible at finishing drives - give me the over on Jason Meyers field goals at 1.5 and the over on points at 6.5
@sublimepilgrim I had this same thing happen to me - a certain brand of tests showed a super faint line no matter when I took them. Had symptoms but got a rapid at an urgent care - came back negative. Got a PCR negative - no one else got sick, it was strange
Honestly I wish all politicians were like Elizabeth Warren - you may not agree with her politics but all she does is say "these are my policies that I think are good - Ill work with anyone to get these passed". Are these good policies? I have no idea but she's consistent
These bank failures were entirely avoidable if Congress & the Fed had done their jobs and kept strong banking regulations in place since 2018.
SVB & Signature are gone, and now Washington must act quickly to prevent the next crisis.

@RepNancyMace I'm so confused as to how this is "politicizing" an issue - Warren is making a policy argument that Congress made a mistake in 2018 and this decision allowed a bank run. It's fine if you think this is the wrong policy take but I fail to see where Warren is politicizing an issue
If I weren’t a Christian, I’d totally be super patriotic. The narrative is so powerful and compelling.
The gospel of Christ as King just so fundamentally challenges Nationalistic narratives, which is why I have theological problems with patriotism.
To me, the choice is easy for the NFC Championship:
Philadelphia: Native son Benjamin Franklin literally invented electricity and freedom while president
SF: Invented meatless meat
I’ll be eating a 100% beef-fed beef cheesesteak today

all the political pundits are making fun of this guy but they don't understand the value of landing the No. 1 pick in today's NFL. With Bryce Young and a new OC he can turn things around next season
