For me one of the the most important demand of our 10 oct strike is illegal day end check placed upon branches by incompetent CO officials this illegally confining officers to branches in the evening/ night .
This illegal day end checks on branches have made branch officials life a hell and miserable and also affecting our bank customer service and business growth because tired and frustrated employees cannot give their best to the bank during working hours next day .
We have been fighting against this menace for the last many years .HO has issued advisory on this to ZO and CO many times but to no avail .i have personally talked to around 50 ch on this issue but still these illegal activities by co officials are rampant .
There are around 60 circles of our bank where day end checks are applied on a regular basis for any conceivable reasons by any tim dick and harry posted in the circle office .many times CH are not even aware about this .
It is my personal and my federation AIPNBOF mission to eradicate this bimari from our bank to improve the work life balance of our bank and to make our dear bank a better bank to work with .
We will not stop till we achieve this goal.
