Week 5, 2026

This week was full throttle, product, community, ops, compliance, all moving in parallel to lock in the next big milestone. Momentum is building fast, and the pieces are falling into place for the LuckyHash transition and LHT launch.

Product & Platform
- LuckyHash website refresh is underway, cleaner look, better flow, more focus on what’s live and coming.
- Backend upgrades are rolling out to support the next wave of features and workstreams without hiccups.
- “Big Win” notifications are live and already getting strong engagement. We’re leaning into this hard: visible proof of activity, real wins, and promo highlights that show the platform is moving and people are winning.

Community, Marketing & Comms
- The Decision Blog is in final review and drops next Tuesday. From that point forward the direction is crystal clear: CasinoCoin evolves into LuckyHash, and the new execution and product-focused phase begins.
- Brand transition kicks off next week: social accounts and channels will gradually shift to full LuckyHash branding.
- Telegram overhaul in progress, we’re separating project/token discussions from platform updates and sharpening focus on LuckyHash in the community channel: https://t.co/dctgdKsEX7
- Barry and Aaron are now active admins in the LuckyHash Telegram, pushing growth, answering questions, and keeping the energy consistent.

- Ops/compliance foundation strengthened significantly: Jason (finance & compliance background, FSA-registered in his business) is now Director of the holding company. Matthew and Jason spent the week finalising compliance documentation for the FSA submission. Once approved, that will clear the runway for token issuance and the LHT launch in the coming weeks.

#easyjet really are messing us about. Our flight home from Mallorca was cancelled en route to the airport, next best alternative was to a different airport at 7am the next day. Booked that, woke at 3am only to find that is now delayed until 1.15pm. Absolutely ridiculous!

Why building the @CasinoCoin Lobby on top of @XummWallet as an xApp was one of the best decisions we ever made.

What are xApps?

xApps are web applications integrated within Xumm, the world's leading wallet for XRP and XRPL Tokens, to provide users with enhanced functionality and a seamless user experience. Developers from the XRPL community have been empowered since January 2022 to create their own xApps.

xApps enrich the Xumm user experience by offering additional functionalities while adhering to strict guidelines that ensure value addition, user safety, and transparency. Developers, aided by a structured review and approval process, can contribute to expanding the Xumm ecosystem by building and offering various applications to meet the community's and projects' diverse needs.

xApps can cater to a myriad of use cases, such as:

• Trading interfaces.
• Admission ticket verification.
• NFT marketplaces and viewers.
• Token issuance and verification.
• Tools for account setup, transaction creation, and more.
• Integration with exchanges for deposits/withdraws.

And, of course, one of the most famous ones: the CasinoCoin Lobby.

What is the CasinoCoin Lobby, and what does it do?

The CasinoCoin Lobby, created by Eminence, went live on New Year's Eve 2021. It acts as a pivotal launchpad application that offers players a gateway to access their preferred casinos that accept CSC and other cryptocurrencies, enabling them to engage in poker, slots, and sports betting effortlessly.

Designed to streamline user access to various gambling platforms, the app is anchored on the CSC digital asset, providing a compelling use case and substantial utility for its players.

The Lobby facilitates a seamless, secure, and rewarding user experience and aims to propel CSC and other digital assets into broader adoption and utilisation in subsequent project phases. Through this innovation, CasinoCoin endeavoured to position itself at the forefront of digital asset application in the gaming and gambling industry.

Key metrics on CasinoCoin and the Lobby

CasinoCoin moved to the XRPL in 2021 and currently holds ~56k trust lines with ~28k holders and converted ~7k into Lobby users, of which ~4k users signed up with at least one of the partners. During the swap, ~11k users have been KYC’ed. Currently, 5 operators are presented in the Lobby, and ~22bln CSC have been wagered across the partners.

Why was the lobby built on top of Xumm rather than a standalone application?

Xumm offers a seamless and secure platform, bridging users to their assets by providing direct control while keeping things simple. It facilitates the management of multiple XRP Ledger accounts, allowing users to generate new ones or import existing accounts, all while ensuring top-notch security. Developing an xApp on Xumm allowed us to capitalise on an established, secure, and efficient platform, sparing us from the complexity and resource-intensiveness of creating a standalone wallet. Furthermore, it gave us access to an existing user base and a thriving ecosystem, which significantly accelerated the adoption and success of the Lobby and CasinoCoin.

In 2022, Xumm had over 640k unique active users from 212 countries (self-proclaimed states included). Over 1.5mln XRPL accounts are managed via Xumm out of ~4.7mln in existence by the time of writing this.

Utilising Xumm guarantees access to an onboarded target group that isn’t achievable quickly and easily on your own. Roughly every 1 to 3 seconds, someone signs with Xumm. This means there are hardly any ledgers without Xumm-initiated transactions in it.

Conclusion

Xumm has seen tremendous developments since we decided to use it as our foundation.

Someone once said to me, “Sometimes it is smarter to stand on the shoulder of a giant.” and I absolutely agree with this. During my time with CSC, I was involved in developing three wallets, and none came close to the complexity and amount of features Xumm has to offer while maintaining the straightforward approach and ease of use. Single-handedly solving the on and off-ramp problem while staying in the ecosystem is something no one else has done to date.

The accessibility to the team, resources, and infrastructure is amazing and unique. This is one of the main reasons we have been involved in developing even more xApps such as Non Fungible and p2pbet, and most people don’t know that we have more in our back pockets, such as on-chain voting and a range of games, utilising the XRPL as RNG (Random Number Generator).

In the coming months, people will witness how we are branching out. We will be leaving our comfort zone, conquering new areas such as Xahau, and being involved in building something that I feel will be a killer application the ecosystem has never seen before, with one of the most extensive collaborations between projects and teams beyond your imagination.

If I had to put my finger on that one decision that made our work a success, it would be building on top of Xumm.
