Skip the memes, cancel the meetups, ignore translations and the plant struggles to thrive.

Branches may look impressive, but it’s the roots doing the steady, patient work.

Support your local communities, give them attention and care, a little water and fertilizer go a long way.
Together, nurtured from the ground up, the network can flourish.

And… sorry if I forgot anyone, the roots are bigger than this list!

Smart contracts that talk across chains

without bridges, without relayers
without trust assumptions

That’s now possible on @Polkadot. Cross-chain composability baked into the protocol layer.

No rollup stack or L1 has this natively, not even Ethereum, Cosmos, or L2s.

A new XCM precompile just went live on Kusama, enabling native cross-chain messaging directly from smart contracts in both Ink! and Solidity.

Why does this matter for the industry?

Devs can eventually ship natively interoperable apps.

🧠Bridge risk disappears = Contracts can interop via XCM with full protocol guarantees

🧠App logic expands = Contracts aren’t siloed per chain anymore, they interoperate across chains

🧠New UX flows open up = Assets and actions can flow through one click, across domains and rollups.

We introduced blockchain technologies to Web2 devs, educational and funding opportunities, the Polkadot tech stack, and the benefits of building on a resilient, decentralized Web3 platform.
