@bioenergeticmel I gained 60 but I lost it very quickly! And I was 42 with my 3rd. Yes, it’s better to not gain that much but I was so nauseous & I was sleeping terribly. Once the baby was born I felt better, slept better and was able to lose it through my normal exercise and eating.
