@WilenLab@pochekailov Hi Craig, maybe you could try inPerlo from @PearlBioSystem. It is easier to handle than Matrigel, highly reproducible with no animal product and compatible with all downstream assays. Please let me know if you are interested.

@dr_ericberg Nobody has worked with the a-Klotho deficient mice? These mice are an amazing aging model, and this can only be corrected by depriving them from VitaminD. Just read the papers and you may be convinced that too much of VitD is not good if one does not want to accelerate aging.

@nytimes Academic research has led to many great drug discoveries. Most of the research is financed by the @NIH! It is time that the NIH is getting some of the $$$ generated by these drugs when on the market? Pharma company should give 2% of the drug profits back to the NIH.
