@DrSGraff Wow. Unfortunately this is practice changing. Ribo usage will pick up very quickly! I love palbo! I’ve been using it for years! But I have shifted to Ribo since it’s OS data was resulted.

This is a fantastic list (and pretty!)- I would only say that MAINTAIN I think is practice changing. We have CDK4/6, so we could be implementing them 2nd line immediately if there is benefit.
