@TannerBuilds @ianfirth I built mine with tigerwood 16yrs ago and if you like the grey patina it’s pretty much maintenance free. Best decking choice I ever made. It’s structurally great still.

@contractorsPOV Whenever I plan a trip anywhere I always add the next destination in the planner or just stick my home in the destination. That way it plans for having to drive somewhere after the “final” destination. Then you just need to account for parasitic loses if it’ll be parked long term
