@mikeoniron Oh. Was that the reason youβve gone back to upper / lower. Too high fatigue ratio in what youβd setup? Not because of the mini cut etc? Just found youβd crept it out a bit too much and impacting other areas of life?
@mikeoniron Yes - my bulk in the main has turned into 90% same diet as cut. Just more quantity. Occasional flexibility which often throws me off course. It ainβt easy. Keep going!
@mikeoniron Iβve been listening to a tonne of content on this. Trying to really just do a SLIGHT surplus. I really need to stay on point / committed though. Need the plan as way to easy to overeat
@mikeoniron@CountryTasha86 Im transitioning to half stim. Need to save some caffeine for coffee! Going to experiment with zero stim next. The stim even though 4am plus coffee i think getting my sleep sadly. Workouts elite with it though
