@tescomobile do you normally send emails addressed to a customer that you have been told has died? Every other company have been super helpful, but as always you've disappointed.

@tescomobile I contacted you on the 20th August, after that contact you then emailed the email you held for my Father-in-law (fortunately mine) addressed it to him to advise you'd deactivated his account. Then a second email again addressed to him to say his username had changed.

@NorthSomersetC are there specific requirements to get clothes taken for recycling? I bagged and left kerbside this morning - everything else was taken but the clothes were left.

@KirstieMAllsopp We had to reconsider an offer on a house for this exact reason. You can't withdraw equity and a number of mainstream mortgage providers won't provide a mortgage. However spray foam can be installed by anyone and if incorrectly done cause severe damage to the roof.

@HSBC_UK two calls in the last two hours, both times I got "cut off" no-one bothers to call you back. I have POA and don't seem to have any other option than to call. I'm dealing with a vulnerable family member in a stressful situation and the lack of care is horrendous

@SP_EnergyPeople interesting that if you already provided the power to the property I'm due to move in to you'd let me take my fixed till 2023 deal with me, but because you don't I can't, but you can still provide gas & elec on a new deal 3x as expensive!
