A Hindu youth from Tando Allahyar Sindh, Lachhman Das, who is a victim of forced religious conversion, arrived at the central Minority Rights office @PItehad along with his mother and father.
Lachhman Kachhi stated:

"I work for Raheel Chhipa, who owns a jewelry shop. Raheel Chhipa, along with Waqas Chhipa, Haroon Chhipa, and Jibran Chhipa, threatened and forced me to convert my religion.

I am happy with my Hindu religion. I was lured, intimidated, and forcibly made to change my religion.

I want to live with my parents. These individuals are issuing death threats to me and my family.

We fear for our lives from these people. An attack on me could happen at any time.

We request protection."

Today, the court ordered the exhumation of Irfan Laghari’s grave. His body had been buried by the Sindh police after they declared it laawaris (unclaimed), even though his family had identified him and wanted to claim the body. The family had demanded that an FIR be registered, but the police refused. Instead, the police buried Irfan’s body without the family’s consent.

Shankar Das, the husband of Sunita Maharaj — a married mother of four children who was abducted from Dighri Mirpurkhas Sindh, and forced into a religious conversion followed by a marriage — has reached the office of the @PItehad along with his innocent children to seek help. He said, "A great injustice has been done to me. My wife was forcibly abducted, converted to another religion, and married off to Shehbaz Khaskheli. My children are devastated and crying endlessly due to being separated from their mother. The police are not helping us."

A local resident told me who was actually responsible for the fire at the Sindh Home Minister Zia Lanjar’s house. According to him, Lanjar’s house was not a family residence but a political gathering place. Protesters had gone there to peacefully register their protest.
“It wasn’t the protesters who set the house on fire—it was the people inside the house,” he said. Even an elected local councilor claimed that those inside had guns, while the protesters only carried sticks. “They fired on the protesters,” he said.
Now, with a young protester gunned down by police, the victims say they cannot even register a protest. “If we do,” he added, “they open fire on us and register FIRs against us.
