The same trajectory plays out in Palestine and it's one of the reasons Palestinians remain in shackles. Iran, the Shi'a state have been the greatest supporter of Palestine, a majority Sunni State. The support of the Iranians to the Palestinians is considered an effort to increase Shia influence in the region. Hence, the push back by the Sunni majority nations that could and should have protected Palestine. O lo far!
