@Rothmus I absolutely detest discrimination. Since my race, gender and sexual identity were excluded completely for these grants, I am quite happy with the saved money and reduction in discriminating spending.

@jadel4w If a game is good (not personal taste, I mean actually GOOD) it will blossom naturally regardless of noise. Steam player count shows that natural growth occur in real-time instead of waiting 10 years to figure out "if it was a hit or not". Bad games desire obfuscation to sell.

@breadman_studio @canalminimapa @gilga10 @LavenderGhast DEI initiative is an actual thing, with companies receiving funds based on their DEI scores. It's artificial injection. When the only checkbox they don't actively pursue is "white male", you're seeing discrimination, but the other way around. Hire on merit, not your identifiers.

@vedaaarya @jasonschreier Still trying to wrap my head around "worked hard, regardless of product, deserves job still". Many people work hard; Much less produce a viable product. Just because you work hard doesn't mean your work is GOOD. The participation ribbon kids have entered the work force finally.

I've seem bad games, I've seen broken games, but I've never seen such a ball drop as this game was. Toxic positivity was rampant all over this and NOBODY was told no or that something was terrible.

@MDahcheh @Tard_Smasher420 @insomniacgames The way ratchet and clank operates currently utilizes the solid state drive technology in order to perform it's quicker load functions. The switch uses a flash eMMC and SD memory and card. Not as fast, so not possible.

@glittervelocity @osamadorias My school focused on collab as well. What it didnt focus on is the age old "its not what you know its who you know" to get in. Plenty of apps and not enough "friend of a friend on the inside". Good news is, that friend bubble pops as vets leave and "friends" can't fill it all.
