@RRBmodel I rarely shampoo unless I’ve been doing something grubby like gardening, I really rate cantu products, also twist your curls around your finger as they dry, only brush while wet, I use a tangle teaser. Leave to air dry, and apply products with your head upside down lol

This really hit home, I struggle with all of these when in high pan, especially the feeling of being a burden and wanting to quit life. I know the pain lies but sometimes it is hard to remember and so if anyone wants to talk; my door is always open. #ChronicPain
