You can placebo effect your life into a better place by being perpetually optimistic.
Assume things will always work out, speak in affirmations and think positives thoughts.
Your life will change.
Good things will happen, better people will come into your life, opportunities will become more abundant.
Your perspective is your reality.
having friends as a guy is so chill because you'll lose the love of your life and start spiraling into depression and they'll be there for you with phrases like: why are you acting like such a fag?
Be forgiving with your past self. What's done is done. No sense in beating yourself up about it.
Be strict with your present self. Win the moment in front of you right now.
Be flexible with your future self. There are many paths to success. You don't need life to be a certain way to live well.
This is free advice from an expensive psychologist. If you’re an anxious person, do everything for fun. Go to a job interview for fun. Submit documents for fun. Start a blog for fun. Anxiety feeds on importance. Don’t make everything a matter of life and death.
This is it.
Everything learned spending millions on longevity.

@ScottPh77711570@jupiters_string@KennethFolk Definetly the best approach having a teacher with real knowledge that can guide you, but a lot of charlatans out there as well.
Tbh i usually recommend apps at first, as they are the easiest access. the ones that are prone to going deeper then seek it out on their own anyways
@ScottPh77711570@jupiters_string I think it would be worth doing. Since I started my journey a couple of years ago I try to talk about meditation practices more often in the hopes it finds the right person. It isn't for everyone but can help many in their day to day life. Every bit helps imo
When someone you love offers a bid for connection, you say yes every time. When someone sends you an article, a video, a funny post, it’s a bid for connection. They are trying to connect with you. When someone shares details about their day, their life, their thoughts, or their feelings with you, that is a bid for connection. They want to connect with you on a deeper level. They are trying to pull you into their world. If you love them, you say yes every time. Yes, even if the article they send is not particularly interesting to you. Yes, even if it means listening to them ramble about a game you don’t care about and think is stupid. Yes yes yes. And let’s hope they always say yes to your bids, too.
