@robertlufkinmd Creatine has been a lifesaver for me with CLL. Folate accelerates CLL. My levels dropped significantly in the first two years after I was diagnosed. I was miserable and low energy.
Taking creatine seems to spare the folate that would have been used to synthesize creatine.
@robertlufkinmd Of course. Now that 99% of the population is totally addicted to UPF, they shift the blame to something that most will not be able to change.

@trikomes Over the years, I've heard many of your guests bias otherwise great research with faulty assumptions. Cholesterol, plant -based composition of ancient diets, ...
I was diagnosed with cancer over 5 and 1/2 years ago. I have totally controlled it with diet. I've had zero traditional treatment.
🔸High fat 2:1 by grams
🔸Minimal protein. Protein fuels glutamine which is cancer fuel.
🔸 None of the supposed miracle cures do shit: melatonin, berberine, curcumin, dandelion root extract etc.
@HumanUpgrade_ It worsens over time for the same reason everything else starts to go: shitty American processed food diet.
A pill is not the answer.
The answer is a proper human diet. It's restored my T, reversed ED, and reversed my greying.
@knowHim53@ValerieAnne1970 Just use some common sense. Cancer could not even be found in indigenous people eating native diets just 200 years ago. You think people living in the jungle weren't exposed to parasites? Rates of cancer have been growing the last 50 years. How is that attributable to parasites?
Copernicus worked on his masterpiece, De revolutionibus, until his death at age 70.
It is not that people in the past did not live to old age - many did. Rather, high infant mortality pulled the average life expectancy down. (1/6)
