A seed library can be a great resource to promote sustainability. People can get seeds for free that are suited to their local climate and then once they have susessfully grown thier plants they can harvest seeds and give back to the community. #SDG11 #EDUC4750 #UoNTeach

It is so important to include Indigenous perspectives and knowledge in all areas of our curriculum. We can ensure we are getting genuine resources by utilising our local aecg. This is an example of one of their great resources. #SDG11 #EDUC4750 #UoNTeach

@CBoulus I am focusing on #SDG11 as well and will aim to establish a community seed library, especially focusing on seeds and resources suitable for growing in small spaces so the community can get involved regardless of the space they have available to them.

@jasminebloorr Bunnings are a great community resource. So much knowledge and they are willing to help with so many worthwhile community programs. I am also incorporating them into my unit-plan of establishing a seed library.

@MissNelson98 Worm Farms and composting are all great ways for students to contribute to environmental sustainability and learning about these things are great life skills that they can hopefully continue into the future.
