I have been seriously let down by the NHS so I tried to make an appointment @NuffieldHealth@NuffieldTrust ...4 - 5 months. No offer of joing a cancellation ist, just nothing. I give up.

@BritishGasHelp But the offers of help don't mean anything and I'm calling you out on it. A couple of weeks ago, a customer experience employee left a detailed message asking to resolve issues. I called back several times. No response. His name was Duncan. More lies.
