Stoked to see our paper out today in @NatureCancer! Epigenetic cell state, not genetic variegation, is the principal substrate for bottleneck selection during induction chemotherapy in childhood BCP-ALL. Check it out here https://t.co/gQT8ayGItX

I’m excited to share our recently published manuscript in PNAS on clonal dynamics in the homeostatic epidermis. This paper took a winding course and was the first project that was incorporated into my DPhil. 1/🧵
Fresh preprint! In this work, we study the dynamics of metastatic disease, i.e. changes in the collective systemic burden and in the individual metastases, over cycles of adaptive therapy to infer underlying disease characteristics.
Happy to share the latest #AndersonLab tool developed by @sandhya212 Mistic: An open-source multiplexed image t-SNE viewer, https://t.co/bOTFTjuAjf with help from @cgatenbee, @markrt_ & many more! Our 1st publication in @CellPressNews Patterns.
@mathoncbro@StroblMAR Look at this cover 😍! Originally created for our @NatureCancer paper a year ago is now on the front page of this week's #MathOnco newsletter. Created ENTIRELY in R by the super talented @JavierHerrero7. To celebrate, we have a new "behind the paper" piece https://t.co/pctHhMBSiG
Just sent out #MathOnco newsletter issue 216:
-evolutionary game theory
-continuum resistance
-reaction-diffusion
-stochastic control
-clinical translation

“Already, the United States claims the highest rate of maternal and infant mortality among wealthy nations. Should the court overturn Roe v. Wade, these grim statistics will only get worse,” argued a Nature editorial last month https://t.co/tyTMqeAgSs
Just our in @NatureBiotech a cool collaboration with @trevoragraham & Darryl Shibata led by @CalumGabbutt with help from @research_junkie & @markrt_ Fluctuating methylation clocks for cell lineage tracing at high temporal resolution in human tissues https://t.co/u9uM2M5OGC
Pleased to announce the release of #AndersonLab latest tool: GATTACA, for base pair resolution mutation tracking in agent-based models like @HybridAutomata. Developed by @research_junkie for our somatic evolution studies. Here’s a cool gif! https://t.co/lLZntrg5fY
Excited to share our latest tool, #VALIS Virtual Alignment of pathoLogy Image Series - it’s been years in the making by the talented @cgatenbee! It automatically aligns serial image slices from immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence & much more. Here’s a cool gif! #AndersonLab
Pleased to share our 1st #AndersonLab imaging focussed tool, Mistic: an open-source multiplexed image t-SNE viewer developed by @sandhya212 with help from @cgatenbee@markrt_ & @mathoncbro https://t.co/rWH9SPdPR2
Nice to see our work describing the relative contribution of different sources of intratumor heterogeneity to #chemoresistance in BCP-ALL featured in the Research Watch section of
