Five University of Texas at Austin teams have been awarded funding through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Genesis Mission, with Longhorn researchers leading two of the projects.

Out of more than 5,000 proposals submitted nationwide, only 278 were selected for funding, making this an extraordinary achievement for the University.
