@virginmedia So you are saying that there is no incentive then for customers to stay with you. Why would my wife keep a contract that is slower, less service, and £29 per month more expensive than a new customer. But cancel and then I apply and we can have new deal. Hardly sensible
@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking. Offering new customers a better deal than we have and then trying to charge me £29 per month more than that for less. How can you retain customers??? Then your staff are rude and talking over me. Then your staff hang up on me. Poor!
@Tesco can you explain to me why you have no email address and yet the phone line isn't answered and WhatsApp ignored. Yet you are fine to email me on 13/10 saying card expired and service won't be renewed (what I wanted) but on 19/10 email to say a payment has been taken??
@TheGymGroup just enjoyed a session at the Huntingdon Branch. It doesn't say on your site that they don't have Fitquest, but i couldn't see it there. Will one be being added?
@PluckleySave@BrianDrought@runningmiker@OctopusEnergy Thanks. Did you switch gas an electric. British gas seem to have no interest in accommodating existing customers. Just want to jack up a rates to prohibit a switch to their ev option.
@OctopusEnergy good Morning, I wonder if you could let me know rate options to switch to you from British Gas. All sites say about staying with supplier, but having recently got an electric vehicle I think the switch is still likely worth it.
