Once 2 trains were stopped around 15-20 mins (Morning) & few passengers helped gate keeper to close gate

This is repeating scenario in Maraimalainagar Station @GMSRailway @RailMinIndia @sundarmail @AnilKutty_OU

Train : 40554 waiting at Maraimalainagar for the vehicles to cross the track..

This is common issue during Peak hours in Mornings & Evenings for many months

When will this issue gets resolved?
