@DFS@BBCWatchdog Is this the norm for DFS where sofas which are clearly faulty as reported on delivery, that you then make up T&C’s to suit yourself?The service has been disgraceful and makes #DFS the furniture shop to avoid. Uplift this defective rubbish you delivered and refund our money please

The new @HSBC_UK app is quite frankly a downgrade on the old one. Less informative on transactions and balance and as for the Saver account, info on transactions is just appalling.Can it be changed back.

But that’s pointless when there’s no one there who wants to sort that out for you. An email sent 15 mins before check in to say flight cancelled was no help either, absolutely disgraceful @easyJet hang your heads in shame.
Referring people to an app for advice and then walking off was as good as it got. Spent £419 to get 4 of us a train home because of a hospital commitment 5/7. It’s alright saying you’ll get people into hotels and next available flight on your app,
@SkyHelpTeam service checker saying no issues , but router losing connection to Internet every 30-60 minutes since midday. Tried rebooting etc. Any suggestions ? Thank you
