Day 2 of the 17th #AUPSC Retreat in #Abuja also featured an inaugural mock session on the #AU Peace & Security Model, under the theme “Shared Solutions for Sustainable Peace in the Sahel”, involving youth from various academic institutions/universities in #Abuja.
Discussions underscored the #AU’s commitment to African-led and youth-driven solutions to address insecurity, governance challenges & humanitarian crises in the #Sahel. Participants emphasized regional cooperation, preventive diplomacy & resilience-building as key pillars for lasting peace.
I have no doubt that my highlight for 2025 will be attending this @APS_ALC event. We will celebrate @ALC_KCL 15years 💥💥 of amazing impact and transformative leadership, research, policies and initiatives across Africa.
