@TfL I have been charged £12.10 instead of £5.40. I have spoken to the phone team who can't view my journey details. I can't claim for a refund as the journey isn't showing in my TFL account. I can't raise a dispute with my bank as there's no receipt! Now what do I do?! 😖

@Argos_Online Hello. I bought an aerial and it doesn't work (no reception) so I went to return it and the staff said because I opened it I couldn't get a refund. How was I supposed to know it didn't work without trying it! Apparently it was in an 'unsaleable condition' 🤷🏽♀️

@CeXSupport Hello. I bought a tablet today from store but it's completely unusable as there are no apps Google Play, I can't get the location working (says there's an error) and can't update it (says there's an error) I've reset it and nothing works. Can I get a refund?
