@portronics If the replacement was genuinely out of stock, why was the product shipped to yourself in the first place?

@crossbeatsind loved your service and thanks for getting my smartwatch orbit replaced quite soon, you say it is shipped today so it's good and I am happy even though replacement costed me a bit but okay I wish to get something deserving in return.
