I would like your opinion on the possibility of edge-to-edge treatment in this case. He is a 76-year-old patient with advanced CHF who did not accept the treatment 3 years ago, but is now willing. Given the extension of the mitral lesion with multiple flails, is percutaneous treatment feasible?

Superior sinus venosus type ASD in a 76Y patient, who underwent TTE with a diagnosis of ostial secundum type ASD. This case shows us two things: the importance of the esophagus in cases of dilatation of the VR, and care in the analysis of the interatrial septum. In this case, the PFO must have led to a diagnostic error.
