@beatlesonbankin@robin_j_brooks I concur. But when an entity requires credit for survival *AND* that credit must be secured “at rates it can afford”, that situation IS an emergency the moment lenders begin questioning the borrower’s creditworthiness.

All investors need to prepare for actions by govt’s without the conditions that would’ve been required in the past.
