1. Public Accusation by Edger Edson Mwakabela (Sativa): For the first time, ACP Faustine Mafwele was publicly identified and confirmed by Sativa as a senior Tanzania Police Force officer who ordered his abduction, transportation to Arusha and Katavi, and a gunshot to the head, though he survived the assassination attempt.

2. Previous Roles and Incidents in Arusha:
- Served as Officer Commanding Criminal Investigation Department (OC-CID) in Arusha from 2011–2015 and later as Regional Crimes Officer (RCO) for Arusha Region.
- During the killings of CHADEMA members during protests in Arusha on January 4, 2011, he was OC-CID.
- On January 5, 2012, while holding the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police, Mafwele was shot by a criminal in Arusha during a shootout between the police and criminals. One police officer was killed, and Mafwele received treatment at Seriani Hospital.

3. Zonal Crime Officer (ZCO) Role: Served as ZCO for the MKIRU Special Zone (Mkuranga, Kibiti, Rufiji).

4. Widespread Allegations: Approximately 90% of complaints from families regarding abductions, disappearances, or murders of their relatives point to ACP Faustine Mafwele as the orchestrator of these heinous acts.

5. Fear Within Police Ranks: Despite not holding significant authority, Mafwele is feared by both his peers and superiors in the Tanzania Police Force, from the Dar es Salaam Special Zone to Police Headquarters in Dodoma.

6. Unconfirmed Allegations of Dual Role: There are unverified claims that Mafwele is a Penetrating Officer (PE) for the National Security Department, working dual roles, which makes police leadership fear him, believing his actions are backed by the National Security Department.

7. Transfer to Mwanza and Further Allegations:
- After completing his role as ZCO in MKIRU, he was transferred to Mwanza as RCO.
- In 2021, William Sije accused RCO Mafwele of killing his son, James William Sije, bringing Mafwele’s alleged brutality to public attention.

8. Return to Dar es Salaam: On April 6, 2022, Inspector General of Police Simon Sirro transferred Mafwele to Dar es Salaam as ZCO for the Dar es Salaam Special Zone to address armed robbery and "Panya Road" gangs.

9. Protection by CCM Government: Mafwele’s knowledge of sensitive information allegedly makes CCM government leaders fear and protect him, believing he could expose damaging secrets. Despite numerous complaints, authorities are reluctant to take action against him.

10. Specific Allegations of Involvement in Disappearances and Killings: Mafwele is accused by multiple families of direct involvement in the following cases:
- Disappearance of businessman Musa Mziba.
- Disappearance of Deo Mugasa.
- Disappearance of Adinani Hussein Mbezi.
- Disappearance of five youths from Aggrey.
- Abduction and shooting of Edger Edson Mwakabela.
- On August 22, 2024, CHADEMA Chairman Freeman Mbowe accused Mafwele and his gang of involvement in the disappearance of Godwin Mlay, Deusdedith Soka, and Frank Mbise.

11. Self-Appointed Role and Defiance: In a display of arrogance and fearlessness, Mafwele has appointed himself as Chairman of Regional Crimes Officers (Ma-RCO), contrary to the Tanzania Police Force’s tradition of Ma-RCO being under the supervision of the Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI).
