I know we talk about translanguaging as a way for students to learn content.
That's NOT enough.
Translanguaging is about strengthening students' connections to their culture through language.
@SarahAlMay@KerynDowling@JAdamsLux@mathsmakesense Absolutely, small group instruction is very effective, we have to group the students purposefully and change groupings depending on setting and context to avoid the feeling of being grouped by ability. Language learners benefit from a variety of language models within a group.
