@SimonCalder Where do you stand with UK/EU261 if you paid with miles? The form on Virgin Atlantics website says you can only get compensation if your a “full fare paying passenger”
@SimonCalder@easyJet I would give yourself a few hours if you’re checking any baggage in. We arrived Saturday morning only to find their checkin queue all way round Terminal 1 and then out into the drop off car park! Took the best part of 1.5hrs before having to be taken out of the queue.
@easyJet the experience at Manchester Airport this morning has been nothing short of a disaster. You should really be ashamed. No customer service, rude and unhelpful staff. Queues out into the car park.
