Under the @eu_echo funded Project (Pilot Programme Partnership - PPP), the team in Kasese district has embarked on dissemination of emergency preparedness advisories, using the URCS established community radios.

As we experience heavy rains (El-nino period), the radios serve as sources of information, reaching even the most remote and marginalised communities with timely lifeline information.

We have engaged communities in Karusandara, Bulembia and Ibanda-Kyanya Sub-counties.
