When we have clowns 🤡 in the system, they do these types of things…
If it is clearly established that the girl was below 18 and got married, why are her parents not being punished for allowing and facilitating the child marriage?
And the same selective approach exists with dowry.
Everyone screams about the dowry taker, but conveniently forgets the dowry giver.
What about the parents who knowingly give dowry?
What about parents who negotiate the marriage based on the groom’s financial status?
What about parents who willingly pay money and gifts to secure a marriage?
They are not victims merely because they are called “dowry givers.” If they knowingly participate in an illegal transaction, they are participants.
And if parents knowingly marry their underage daughter into a financially stronger family, facilitate child marriage, participate in dowry, and then the marriage turns toxic, why should accountability automatically fall on the husband and his family alone?
Stop treating parents who facilitate these practices as innocent spectators.
If dowry giving is a crime, punish the giver.
If parents facilitate child marriage, punish the parents.
No selective enforcement.
No convenient victims.
No free pass for parents.
Law must punish the crime — not choose its favourite side.
Article 15(1) states that the government cannot discriminate against any citizen based on gender, race, religion, or caste.
Article 15(3) acts as a direct exception. It explicitly states: "Nothing in this article shall prevent the State from making any special provision for women and children."
Article 15(3) is quoted every time, a woman or a child is preferred over a man, be it judiciary, public policy, welfare schemes, anything. Many a times, this preference is unfair and unjust, but it's overlooked, because who cares if the man suffers.
I want this article to be amended/repealed. Privilege isn't about gender anymore. An educated, earning woman is more privileged than a poor male construction worker. Still, the woman gets free bus ride, he doesn't.
Feminists who say feminism is about gender equality, any comments?
Ajeet Bharti's anticipatory bail under SC/ST Act has been rejected because he allegedly abused the person who abused his sister
Swatantra Bhardwaj has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody because he allegedly made false claims in a podcast
Nida Khan, who was allegedly converting Hindu women at TCS Nashik, was granted bail because she was pregnant
Everything seems like an ironic, unjustifiable, inexplicable joke these days
How the Bank has prepared for smooth functioning of branches despite STRIKE. Ye JayChands kaun hain ?
Sabse jaruri hai ensure karna ki HO IT se saare Scale 1/2/3 Strike mein rahein sari shift mein, otherwise Union Leadership is a complete failure.
Comrades, keep it simple.
2024-25 PLI: substaff to Scale VIII, same rate.
Don’t recover from whoever already got paid.
Whatever highest percentage Scale VIII took , that is the number for the peon, the clerk, the Scale I, the Scale VII.
If the bank performed, the bank performed. Cadre is not a different profit.
Abeyance for 2025-26 is a letter. Equalisation for 2024-25 is the test.
If your union cannot say this in one line, it is not fighting the scheme. It is managing the split.

She earns ₹6 LPA but expects a man who earns ₹60 LPA.
She wants him traditional enough to finance her lifestyle, but calls every responsibility expected from her “oppression.”
His income is compulsory. Her contribution is optional. His sacrifice is duty. Her greed is empowerment.
She does not want equality. She wants a provider without being a partner.
Remove arranged marriage and watch this lifestyle-upgrade industry collapse.

Let me spit out a cold truth of several Indian marriages.
A woman marries a man earning significantly more than her. Even though their salaries differ by 5x, their working hours are more or less, the same.
Since, the woman earns very less, she doesn't contribute much to financial obligations (bills, investments, etc.). What she earns, she spends on herself. The man covers most of the bills.
But, since both of them work, and spend almost the same hours at work, the woman expects the man to equally contribute to the household work/chores. The man initially does it, but after a few months realizes the unfairness of the situation.
Basically, now he is funding the life of another adult, while also doing double the work (inside the home & outside), as compared to what he did as a bachelor.
The woman marries up (superior), but still expects equality when it comes to household work. But, she does not want equality in those things which is traditionally taken care of by the husbands.
This is the situation of many Indian marriages. ☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼
Still, most of the husbands happily accept double responsibilities when they are respected and appreciated, when the wife is loyal, has good character.
These couples have good physical intimacy, they fall in love with each other. They have kids. And over time, the couple forgets who does more, who does less, and a happy, healthy equilibirium forms. 👩❤️👨
Problem arises when even after this, the wife belittles, disrespects and criticizes the husband. When she isn't loyal. When she wants to dump all the responsibilities on the husband. When she makes impulsive, irresponsible decisions, and doesn't want to change her habits. And still she expects him to shower her with love and gratitude, as if she did some favour by marrying him.
On one hand, the man bears 70-80% of the adulthood marital responsibilities. Still, he is made to feel that he isn't good enough for her. No matter what he does, it doesn't make her happy. After a few months, the man gives up and stops putting any efforts.
Many of such marriages end in divorce. 💔
The irony - even though the wife is at fault in most of these cases, it's the husband who is made to pay alimony/maintenance by the courts. At the end of most legal battles, the husband loses everything he once had - his health, wealth, kids. Sometimes, even his job, his friends, his hobbies, his willingness to live.
But, if a man talks about it, many women gang up on him. Instead of showing this man empathy and kindness, they blame him for the marriage not working. He is looked at as the culprit. And they say that the wife was the victim. These are the same women who expect other people to show them empathy, when they are wronged. But, they don't extend the same courtsey to men.
I have seen this story repeat for 10-15 years of my life. Man after man after man, same stories, same patterns, same divorce situations. Broken, depressed, isolated, lost hope with life.
Feminists will say, my post is just a rant. They will dismiss even the comments of men who relate to this.
But, don't lose hope. Stay in the game. We get only one life. We all hit the rock bottom atleast once in our lives. We all have atleast one canon event in our life. But, we are men. We must get up, brush ourselves, and continue the fight.
हम मर्द हैं जसकीरत, पैदा होने से मौत तक हमारा कर्तव्य है लड़ना, अपने मकसद के लिए, अपने सपनों के लिए, अपने हक के लिये, अपनों के लिए!
How many of you can relate to this post? Kindly share your thoughts!
@DeepikaBhardwaj How great are our courts ,judges who have made this society breaking circus come true .Lakhs of pending cases from decades pending in this courts but they want more cases to just come pouring in by giving GOLDDIGGER women criminals ample opportunities.
Amicable solutions ? Come on don’T defend the union blindly without any facts. Last time Rupam Roy has said we will achieve 4DaysBanking with our tactical moves, before setting such rhetorics union leaders should think twice. We as a Union members have every right to know these tactical moves (if they are in real).
Faltu baatein naan karo, Union ke official page mein Comments off rakhne wale Leaders ho, jinko darr lagta hai ki agar comments ON kar diye to Union Members apni frustration publicly nikaaal denge. Kya hi kahein aise Union Leaders aur aise Mindset ka !
After working for more than a decade in banking, I can say without any doubt that these amicable solutions are just good postings for union leaders and for their few sycophants , nothing else.
Saalon ho gaye 5Days Banking ke liye ab bolna shuru kar rahi hai Union. Sharm nahi aa rahi ? Abhi tak soye hue the ?
Aur abhi bhi I am in doubt, waise almost sure ki September Qtr Closing ki 3days strike Defer kar denge Union leaders (closed room meetings) aapke Amicable Solutions ke chalte. Meeting mein PLI par discussion ho jayega jyada se jyada aur fir aap jaise leaders union members ko meethi goli de dena ki PLI discuss ho gayi hai 5Days bhi discuss kar lenge aur Strike Defer karke aa jaana.
Baanki dekhte hain 28-29-30 September ko. Yahin milna isi post par !

As I informed 2days ago “Meeting mein PLI par discussion ho gaya hai, aur #5DaysBanking ki muhim fir se thande baste mein jaati hui dikh rahi hai.” Inko ladayi ladni thi 5DaysBanking ke liye aur PLI sabke liye demand karni chahiye thi, ye PLI rukwa kar aa gaye aur 5DaysBanking ki demand bhi raise nahi kar paaye dhang se.
28-29-30 September ki Strike is UFBU/AIBOC Leadership ke bas ki nahi hai, nahi hai, aur nahi hai !!
5DaysBanking ki file DFS mein hai, aur DFS mein in netao ki agar entry hoti hai to ye haath jod kar khade hotey hain. Humare neta sirf hum Bankers ke beech hi Sher bante hain, baanki inke bss ki kuch nahi hai !

The easiest way to make trade unions defer a strike ?
Just say:
“PLI will be discussed during the next wage negotiations.”
Sounds reassuring. But look at the history.
#5DaysBanking was also agreed in writing in the last settlement yet bankers are still waiting for its implementation.
So the real question is:
Why should bankers trust another promise for the future when an earlier commitment is still pending ?
A promise is not an achievement.
Implementation is.
Trade unions must demand a clear, written commitment with a timeline not another assurance to buy more time.
