After seeing $BIRD 10x due to their 'AI Pivot' I used Claude Code to build a bot that scans SEC Edgar 24/7 for companies making 'AI Pivots' and posts alerts to Discord.

The first notification went off yesterday and it was on $SBLX (now $FABC).

Not too shabby.

everyone's launching coding agents now but the model is like 10% of the battle. claude code and codex are ahead because they've been iterating on codebase context, multi-file reasoning, and developer workflow for months. grok build will need way more than a bigger model to catch up there

the context layer point is the real insight here. everyone's focused on making smarter models but the bottleneck for agents is actually getting clean access to data and tools. the company that makes every SaaS app agent-readable wins more than the company that makes the smartest agent

@Teknium model access wars are basically over. everyone can plug into the same models now. the real differentiation is shifting to workflow, context management, and how smart the tool is about using the model. that's where the next moat gets built

@czech_pawel the cost difference is real but 'similar-ish performance' is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. for boilerplate sure use the cheapest model but the moment you need it to reason through complex architecture that 500x savings turns into 500x more debugging time
