@RonDeSantis The problem: FL reassesses each year to “just/market value” and egregiously sets values to the highest surge/covid/billionaire sale. Other states do “fair market value” using both a 3 yr avg cost/sale analysis. Houses bought during Covid were assessed for 2x fmv purchase price.

@elonmusk Did Trump come up with this name- comes directly out of his playbook. But, Altman clearly earned this name. I would be outraged if I donated to a charity and the employees eviscerated the purpose of the charity to steal profits for themselves. Same as SPLC scam! Criminal!
