It took me 10 years of living in Bangalore to realise that there's an annual butterfly migration through the city.

For a UI change, Fable decided to install playwright to do an end to end test unprompted.

I'm not sure it's just Fable: Opus tried the same thing today as well.

Maybe it's a system prompt tweak like 'make sure you verify your work before finishing'?

I'm really puzzled by the fact that *both* Claude & GPT started to over-use the word 'seam' at approx the same time.

Claude Fable is expensive, but cheaper than Opus used to be, and still cheaper that GPT Pro.

I guess Fable is where the AI subscription arbitrage ends though: after an initial rollout window, Fable will be billed at retail API rates when used with Claude subscriptions.
