Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei said in an exclusive interview with CBS News' @jolingkent that the AI company sought to draw “red lines” in the government’s use of its technology because “we believe that crossing those lines is contrary to American values, and we wanted to stand up for American values.”
He added: “Disagreeing with the government is the most American thing in the world.”
These numbers are nuts! Absolute delulu.
$280bn rev in 4 years is 21x revenue from a $13bn base. Also, Anthropic & others coming for those margins.
OpenAI resets spending expectations, tells investors compute target is around $600 billion by 2030 https://t.co/VGV0SdRX3h

Crazy! This will grossly improve the compute cost. I can see a scenario where @elonmusk controls all or close to all of AI compute.
@ShanuMathew93 Look at that timeline. Early 2030s is when these reactors are expected to go live. That's how much 'patience' and obviously demand for energy to power DCs. You are nowhere close to a bubble.
