We warmly welcome the release of our 10 Baloch students who were forcibly disappeared from Rawalpindi, after being enforcelly disappeared by Pakistani forces. This development brings relief, yet serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing, systematic human rights abuses perpetrated against the Baloch people.

@BSCIslamabd vehemently condemns the heinous practice of enforced disappearances, which constitutes a grave violation of human rights, fundamental freedoms, and international law. This impunity must end.

And We postpone our exam and class boycott and the Sit-In Camp which was to be held in front of NUML Islamabad for tommorrow.

معزز بلوچ عوام!
بلوچستان میں جبری گمشدگیاں پچھلے تین دہائیوں سے جاری ہیں جن میں ہزاروں لوگ اس انسانیت سوز مظالم کا شکار ہوئے ہیں جن میں کئی خوش قسمت لوگ ان تاریک قیدخانوں سے نکلنے میں کامیاب ہوئے، کئی مسخ شدہ ہو کر گلزمین کے باہوٹ ہوئے اور ہزاروں کی تعداد میں آج بھی بلوچ نوجوان، طالبعلم، سیاسی و سماجی کارکنان، وکلاء، اساتذہ سمیت زندگی کے ہر طبقہ فکر سے تعلق رکھنے والے لوگ اس ظلمت کا شکار ہیں۔ کوئی ایسا گھرانہ، قبیلہ، گلی محلہ، شہر کوچہ بلوچستان میں نہیں جہاں اس جبر سے لوگ واقف نہ ہوں۔

باشعور بلوچ طلبا!
اس تمام تر جبر جو طبقہ سب سے زیادہ متاثر ہوا وہ آپ کے ہم عصر نوجوان ہوئے ہیں۔ انہی سکول، کالج اور یونیورسٹیوں میں پڑھنے والے آپ جیسے طلبا سالوں سے کال کوٹھڑیوں میں قید ہیں، آپ کا ایک پورا نسل جو سیاسی شعور رکھتا تھا زندانوں کے نذر ہوا یا مسخ شدہ ہوکر ویرانوں میں پھینکا گیا۔ اس ازیت سے آپ سبھی نہ صرف واقف ہیں بلکہ اس کرب سے گزر رہے ہیں کہ کب، کہاں، کون اس جبر کا شکار ہو، اس غیریقینی کیفیت سے صرف آپ نہیں بلکہ بلوچستان کا ہر ایک طبقہ گزر رہا ہے۔ سہیل اور فصیح آپ ہی کی طرح یونیورسٹی میں زیرتعلیم تھے جو آج سے تین سال قبل بلوچستان یونیورسٹی کے ہاسٹل سے جبری گمشدگی کا شکار ہوئے اور آج تک ان کا کوئی سراغ ان کے ساتھیوں یا خاندان کو مہیا نہیں کیا گیا۔

آئیں ہمگام ہوجائیں!

بلوچ قوم بالخصوص بلوچ نوجوانو، اس جبر کا حل خاموشی میں ہرگز نہیں بلکہ اس کے خلاف مزاحمت ہی میں بقا ہے۔ جبری گمشدگیوں کا مقصد بلوچ معاشرے کو تاریکیوں میں دکھیل کر ایک ایسا معاشرہ تشکیل دینا ہے جہاں سوال جواب نہ ہو، جہاں ساحل وسائل، بلوچ او بلوچیت، اور بلوچستان کا نام لینے والا کوئی نا ہو، جہاں ایک اپاہج سماج ہو جس کی وسائل کی لوٹ کھسوٹ، قومی شناخت کا خاتمہ بغیر کسی مزاحمت کے کیا جاسکے، اس لئے سوال اٹھائیں، آواز اٹھائیں، اور ان لوگوں کے ساتھ ہمگام ہوجائیں جو آپکی طرح اس جبر کے خلاف سراپا مزاحمت ہیں۔
سہیل اور فصیح بلوچ کی بازیابی کیلئے بلوچستان یونیورسٹی کوئٹہ میں دوروزہ دھرنا کیمپ لگانا اور دوسرے شہروں میں ریلی نکالنا سمیت سوشل میڈیا پہ کیمپن چلائی جائے گی۔ آئیں اپنے طلبا کیلیے آواز اٹھائیں، دھرنے میں شرکت کریں، کیمپین کا حصہ بنیں اور اپنے معاشرے کو رہنے کے قابل بنائیں جہاں ہر انسان بنا کسی خوف و ڈر کے زندگی گزار سکے۔

The inclusion of my name, Sibghatullah Shah Jee, and those of other peaceful rights activists on Pakistan’s 4th Schedule—the anti-terror watchlist by the National Counter Terrorism Authority—is the latest attempt by the military-backed government to suppress peaceful activism.

This blatant misuse of anti-terror laws, including the 4th Schedule, against myself and other peaceful critics exposes Pakistan's hollow claims of being a democracy. These laws have repeatedly been weaponized to intimidate and silence rights defenders, violating our fundamental freedoms of expression and association. However, these oppressive tactics will not deter us.

The international community and human rights organizations must condemn these actions and hold the Pakistani government accountable for misusing anti-terror laws. Our commitment to peaceful activism remain unshaken; these unlawful measures will neither undermine our movement nor deter us.
