PIA Privatization was a good move overall but the tax waivers are extraordinary for 15 years. Is it too long and I don't know whether other players in the market will ask for the same treatment. The question is about Rs 10 billion in the hands of the government possessed no imp but another question raised why Roosevelt hotel could not be privatized in the last three years. Its per annum loss is estimated at $32 to $35 million to the national exchequer.
