This Mudallis attempts to score a cheap “win,” after I’ve been openly saying debating Madkhalis is a waste of time, since they’re not sincere. أن السنة في مجادلة أهل الباطل إذا قامت عليهم حجة الله ولم يرجعوا بل أصرُّوا على العناد أن يُدعَوا إلى المباهلة.وقد أمر الله سبحانه بذلك رسولَه ولم يقل: إن ذلك ليس لأمتك من بعدك، ودعا إليه ابن عمِّه عبد الله بن عباس لمن أنكر عليه بعض مسائل الفروع (٢) ولم يُنكِر عليه الصحابة، ودعا إليه الأوزاعيُّ سفيانَ الثوريَّ في مسألة رفع اليدين (٣) ولم ينكر عليه ذلك؛ وهذا من تمام الحجة.

Similar is the case of Judging - by judging by what Allah has revealed - the judge is dong ta'ah to Allah, and by judging by other than this - he's doing ma'siyah.

1) a judge who rules by a man-made law in a specific instance while believing it to be haram is a Kafir (not legislating, but judging) ?
2) the one who does not Takfeer this person is a Murji or a Misguided one?

@mjhdlover@jado375 So a fatwa prohibiting it implies that the ruling of it in the religion of Allah is that it is haram.
But this is not the case with making such a rule prohibiting it in a household unless accompanied by i'tiqaad.
